Shipwrecks Amatsu Maru, Ryuko Maru, Kamakazi Maru, Helmet Depth Charge wreck, Raizan Maru, Urakami Maru, Sata, Iro, Bichu Maru, Nagisan Maru, Wakatake, Jake's Seaplane, Unidentified Maru #7, Chuyo Maru, Zero Zeke, LST, Teshio Maru and Zeke Zero are some of the many shipwrecks of Palau from World War II.
Infrastructure There are major water and power outages, with rolling blackouts. The internet is a complete joke with the Palau National Communications Corporation providing 'high speed' for several hundreds of dollars a month but far less bandwidth than regular dial-up most places in the world. Often if you try and dial '0' on the phone, the operator, you get a recording saying the service is down for maintance.
Food: Kramers, where the ex-pats hang out. Great food. Taj for great Indian food made to order, the way you like it. Possibly the best restaurant in the country. PPR's inside dining room for fine dining in air conditioned comfort. Bar-a-cuda (Fish n Fins) for great food on M-Dock (Where Palau Man has his boat)
